Intensive English Program (IEP) 2017 Team Presentation

The Intensive English Program (IEP) is an 8-week intensive English program which is held between mid-July and early September annually to enhance practical English proficiency in the international environment at IUJ.  This year, there were 76 participants from 14 countries (non-Japanese 50%) including enrolled domestic students, groups of students on IMF scholarships and IEP-only participants.  It started on July 10 and closed on September 1 by giving team presentation.

IEP students in Oral Communication Skills & Academic Listening Skills course made team presentations on August 31 and September 1  at MLIC Hall on Campus, as a part of their group project activity.  These presentations were based on analyses of international business cases involving cross-cultural conflicts.  After each presentation, an active Q&A session was held in which the presentation groups interacted with the audience.
