IEP Team Presentation was held

On Sep. 4, a Team Presentation session for the Intensive English Program(IEP)was held at MLIC Hall.

IEP is an 8-week intensive English program held between mid-July and early September to enhance participants’ practical English proficiency in the international environment at IUJ. This year, IUJ accepted 91 participants from 17 countries (54 Japanese, 37 Non-Japanese).
The team presentations are given in the last session of the oral communication skills and listening skills instruction units. The participants were divided into groups of 3 people. Each group gave a presentation for 12 minutes about a problem they had analyzed and they presented a suggested solution to a hypothetical customer enterprise based on a case study. After each presentation, an active Q&A session was held in which the presentation groups interacted with the audience.
